My Goals (for now)

My goals and accomplishments for this year are very very simple; it goes like this:

1. First I want to grow spiritually as well as physically in God and in strength



2. Second, I want to focus more on what I think about myself rather than what others think of me


3. I want to be a nicer person and try to have daily devotions

My Legacy

Ok everybody wants to grow up to be poplular or famous. While this is all good and great sometimes we have to set ourselves up for something a little more realistic when we're gone or older. For me when I'm older I want to be remembered as many things. When I leave HVA I want to be the younger students and teachers to remember me as the one kid who could:

• crush on the soccer field


• do well on the court


• make hilarious jokes


• be a great leader


• shred any guitar


• be helpful in any way


• and do my best in academics


• got accepted to the great naval academy

This quote is actually quite surprising really.... Most people when they hear the name Jimi
Hendrix immediately assume that he was a drug abusing rock star. While this may be true at
times in his life Jimi Hendrix often said wise things. This quote is a very interesting play on the
words "power" and "love". To me this quote means that alot of people in this world love power.
This includes politicians, lawyers, and just regular people like us. I personally want to not only
talk about how cool this quote sounds but actually start living it; not through myself but through
God.
